Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Meeting prerequisites and completing POST Basic Community Supervision Officer Training (BCSOT).
• Peace officer status per Georgia POST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload with case plans, surveillance and referrals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain case files and reports.
• Conduct screenings, assessments for substance use and mental health.
• Interact with counselors, treatment providers and community stakeholders.
• Testify in court and parole revocation hearings; assist in investigations.
