Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and completion of Basic Community Supervision Officer Training (BCSOT).
• Must meet Georgia POST peace officer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Wear a uniform, badge, and firearm provided by the Department.
• Manage caseload, create case plans, enforce conditions, and investigate violations.
• Prepare and maintain case files, perform background checks, DNA/testing, and fingerprinting.
• Collaborate with counselors and treatment providers; conduct screenings and assessments.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders and testify in court/at hearings.
• Conduct interviews, intakes, or assessments as part of casework.
• Perform arrests, searches, and other duties as assigned.
