The role is salaried non-exempt, with a hybrid work model and benefits including health/dental/vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, 401K, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Business, Psychology or related field with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Proven ability to work with individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
• Must maintain valid driving license and insurance per policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct service management for client programs and coordination under Administrator oversight.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management of direct support staff.
• Develop client service plans, monitor progress, and advocate for clients and families.
• Promote community inclusion and maintain high-quality services.
