The role is full-time on a hybrid schedule in Maryland, offering a $65,000 yearly salary plus up to $1,250 in bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities for dedicated case managers, social workers, and human services professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Degree must already be obtained.
• 2+ years of case management experience or 2+ years with IDD/DD population.
• Must live in Maryland.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and active car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate access to services for individuals with IDD/DD.
• Connect clients with community resources and supports.
• Assist with eligibility and funding navigation.
