Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
• At least two years of related experience; Master’s degree may substitute.
• Strong understanding of family systems and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development of program plans; monitor and revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Complete documentation and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals, families, and providers.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and apply culturally sensitive strategies; work in diverse settings.
• Rotate officer-of-the-day duties; assist coworkers and provide on-call services when required.
