Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide nursing support focused on comprehensive care, assessments, and collaboration, without skilled nursing activities.

The role emphasizes intake, assessments, caregiver supervision, and care plan development in a home-like setting. Applicants should hold a MA RN license with at least two years of experience with elderly or disabled adults, possess strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

Current MA Registered Nurse License.
Two years of recent experience working with the elderly or disabled adults.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Computer skills and organizational planning.
Background with community services (DDS/Adult Foster Care/HCBS waivers) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Intake and assessments: complete intake and assessments for new referrals and as required.
Supervision, training, and evaluation of caregivers; develop and maintain care plans.
On-site visits and monitoring of health status and needs; adjust as needed.
