Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in procurement, vendor management, or similar admin role.

• Strong math skills for cost calculations and SOX-like controls.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides) and online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of school vendor relationships, onboarding, contracts, purchasing, and invoicing.
• Process invoices and perform three-way matching with receiving and payment systems.
• Maintain OPS data and provider information; ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with staff and providers, resolve order, billing, and delivery discrepancies.
