Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, calendars, vendor timelines, and site setup.
• Represent TMAC at events; manage stakeholder communications and sponsorship inquiries.
• Draft graphics, update webpages, and support social media with event-related content.
• Maintain accurate attendance, registration, and event data in CRM; assist attendees with registration or payments.
