Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Use Planning, Business or related fields.
• Five years of progressively responsible related experience.
• Valid Colorado class “R” driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of the division’s staff and ensure performance management.
• Prepare and manage the Community Development budget.
• Coordinate with Pueblo County Planning and Development and Regional Building Department.
• Oversee COA processes and serve as liaison to the COA.
• Review and respond to community development concerns and applications.
