Job summary
ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a Community Based/Day Program Therapist in Toledo, OH. This full-time role involves providing patient visits, updating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed progress notes within a hybrid work arrangement.
The position requires a degree in Social Work or related field (or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling), licensure (LSW/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S), and valid driving credentials with willingness to travel within the service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience, or a Master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
- Licensed as LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S.
- Experience in therapy/counseling preferred.
- Home-based experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within service area.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient visits as scheduled.
- Ensure treatment plans are current for each client.
- Complete comprehensive progress notes.
- Communicate and follow up regarding client status.
- Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.
