ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Toledo, OH is hiring a Community Based/Day Program Therapist to provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy for diverse clients in home and community settings.

This full-time role includes licensure supervision, extensive training, a rich benefits package (medical, vision, dental, life, 401k), cell phone reimbursement, PTO, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling and an employee referral bonus program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience, or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling.
Licensed in Social Work or Counseling (LSW/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S) or equivalent.
Therapy and counseling experience preferred.
Home-based therapy experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
Provide patient visits as scheduled.
Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
Communicate and follow up as needed regarding the client's status.
Work collaboratively with case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S
Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
