Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in St Clairsville, OH is seeking a Community Based/Day Program Therapist for a hybrid role. The position requires LSW/LPC/LMFT credentials and a background in therapy to support children, adolescents, adults, and families in community and day program settings.

Responsibilities include conducting scheduled patient visits, updating treatment plans, writing progress notes, and coordinating with case management and psychiatric services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling license or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT.

• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience within a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
