Our Saviour’s Community Services (OSCS) is seeking a Communications and Fundraising Coordinator to drive our mission forward through effective communications and donor engagement. This hybrid role collaborates with the Development and Communications Team to raise OSCS visibility and support annual fundraising goals.

The role emphasizes content creation, website/social media management, donor database stewardship, and coordination of events and campaigns while maintaining brand voice across

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in communications or fundraising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to coordinate collaborative projects within a team.
• Ability to respond resiliently in conversations involving clients’ trauma themes.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Familiarity with donor databases and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and implementation of print and digital communications projects.
• Maintain and update the OSCS website and social media accounts.
• Produce donor communications, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Manage the supporter database and acknowledge donors.
• Assist in planning and executing events and community engagements.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials and communications.
