Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Desktop Commercial Property Adjuster to support a busy team. You will handle a portfolio of Commercial Material Damage and Business Interruption losses through to settlement, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for insurers.

The role requires diary maintenance, proactive settlement liaison with insurers, policyholders, and contractors, and working 1-2 days per week from client offices in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial property claims end-to-end.
• Ability to draft detailed insurer reports and settlement recommendations.
• Strong diary management and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial property losses from outset to settlement.
• Write full technical reports for insurers and liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and others.
• Maintain diaries, meet SLAs and satisfy audit criteria.
• Work hybrid at clients' offices 1-2 days weekly.
