Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and interpret coverage to determine reserves and coverage.
• Manage independent adjusters and experts.
• Write coverage letters, including DISCLAIMERS and Reservation of Rights letters, and large loss reports for senior management.
• Provide good customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure data integrity through proper coding and system functions.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
