Job summary

The candidate will analyze large datasets, ensure data integrity, and contribute to dashboards and reporting that guide strategic decisions and improve patient access. Hybrid in-office role with moderate travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of analytics, forecasting, or contract operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets; data integrity and accuracy are essential.
• Experience with pricing, rebates, and government pricing activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and SPOC for payer and PBM accounts, managing communications and day-to-day contract operations.
• Analyze pricing, utilization, rebates, and financial data to identify trends and optimize revenue performance.
• Validate contract terms, rebate eligibility, and data accuracy to ensure compliance and timely payments.
• Process and reconcile rebate payments in line with contractual requirements.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to support contracting decisions and insights.
