Job summary

UCB in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support payer and PBM contracting with data analysis, pricing validation, and rebate management. This role partners with Market Access, Finance, Sales, Compliance, Legal, IT and external stakeholders to optimize revenue and patient access.

You will manage contracts, rebates, dashboards and KPI reporting, serve as SPOC for accounts, and contribute to system enhancements and audits in a hybrid office-based role with limited domestic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, contract operations, pricing, rebates, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for assigned payer and PBM accounts, managing communications and day-to-day contract operations.
• Manage payer and PBM contracts, including pricing, membership, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Process, validate, and reconcile rebate payments in accordance with contracts.
• Analyze pricing, utilization, reimbursement, and financial data to identify trends and optimize revenue.
• Validate contract terms, rebate eligibility, and data integrity for payment accuracy.
