Job summary

Coastal is seeking candidates for a hybrid role in the Seattle area within the Credit Department. You will create and maintain commercial loan collateral files, prepare documentation to fund new and renewed loan requests, and review documents for lenders prior to signing.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Associates degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commercial loan collateral files.
• Prepare documentation and fund new and renewed loan requests.
• Review documentation for lender prior to signing.
• Monitor commercial loans for compliance -HMDA.
• Audit loan files.
• Loan file maintenance.
• Review entity documents.
• Customer service.
• Scanning all documents related to collateral files.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
