Job summary

You will review third-party reports, verify lien perfection, and confirm satisfaction of all loan conditions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial loan closing experience (including commercial, consumer, real estate, and/or participation/syndication).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• LaserPro software experience required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance issues.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain complex loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Obtain third-party reports (e.g., appraisal, title, lien search, UCC, environmental, etc.).
• Review collateral-related due diligence and related documents.
• Coordinate closing schedules with attorneys, title companies, and other parties.
• Prepare closing documentation and engage counsel for complex loans.
• Verify loan documents for accuracy prior to funding and ensure conformance with loan approval.
