This hybrid role offers three days in the office and two remote, with exposure to case management, discovery, e‑discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial litigation teams in a law firm.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with legal documentation and filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Prepare, organize, and electronically file pleadings, motions, correspondence, and court documents in state and federal courts.
• Maintain comprehensive case files, databases, calendars, deadlines, and litigation-related documentation.
• Coordinate document review and production, including Bates labeling and discovery organization.
• Conduct factual research and assist with case investigations as needed.
• Coordinate subpoenas and third-party records requests, including tracking materials and follow-ups.
• Draft routine correspondence, memoranda, and other litigation-related materials.
• Support e-discovery activities involving collection, review, organization, and production of electronically stored information.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and onsite trial support.
• Accurately record time in the firm's billing system with detailed entries.
