• Deposition and motion-practice experience

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial disputes, including contract, partnership, and business-tort matters
• Draft and argue motions in New York state and federal court
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery in high-stakes business cases
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
• Advise companies and executives on strategy and resolution
