You will work on complex matters with exposure to Big Law talent in a mid-size setting, with client-focused strategies, a base salary up to 225K and a performance bonus; billing rates exceed $800 per hour, reflecting the firm’s elite practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters - Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
• Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes - Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight
• Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long‑term client relationships
