StevenDouglas, a leading AM200 law firm, seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience, including Delaware Chancery litigation.

The role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes and substantive matters before one of the country’s most prominent business courts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience
• Delaware Chancery litigation experience
• Admission to the Delaware Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• No traditional billable hour requirement
• Attorneys are expected to account for 7 hours per day across billable and non-billable work
