• Strong research and writing abilities with excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial disputes with substantial case responsibility.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; assist with depositions and hearings.
• Provide direct client exposure and engage in pre-litigation counseling.
• Collaborate with partners and mentors in a hybrid work environment.
