Job summary

Western National Insurance is seeking a Manager, Commercial Lines Underwriting to lead the underwriting function and drive profitable growth through strong agency relationships and strategic oversight. The role focuses on guidance, policy interpretation, and performance management across the team.

The ideal candidate will bring CPCU/AU/CIC designation (or equivalent), leadership experience, and deep knowledge of commercial lines underwriting, with the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
