Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Property & Casualty experience.
• Hybrid role requiring office presence 2x per week in Gulfport, MS.
• Willingness to travel to clients in Mississippi.
• Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial insurance clients.
• Maintain a designated book of business with growth, retention and satisfaction goals.
• Manage renewal processes for complex accounts and provide risk management guidance.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Present coverage options and renewal strategies to clients.
• Mentor junior account managers and support team members.
