Duncan Financial Group in Irwin, PA is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a small business book, support client onboarding, and ensure high service and retention. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Lines Operations, you will liaise with clients, producers, carriers, and vendors to prepare quotes, process policy changes, and handle renewals.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, client-focused approach; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• PA Property & Casualty license required
• Experience in commercial lines or client-facing insurance role ideal
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and industry regulations

Responsabilités

• Manage a book of small commercial insurance clients and maintain high retention
• Coordinate onboarding, quotes, proposals, and policy documents
• Support renewals, billing, and claim resolution with carriers
• Serve as liaison between clients, producers, vendors, and carriers
• Assist with client onboarding and data entry in Applied Epic
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in training
