Job summary

Hotchkiss Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive in the Houston area. You will manage a book of commercial clients, support sales strategies with Producers, and drive growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial insurance, strong communication skills, and a Texas P&C license. You will collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and risk partners while delivering customized insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Collaborate with Producers to support sales strategies.
• Lead renewal negotiations and pricing discussions.
• Review contracts and coverage terms with risk management partners.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and advise on coverage options.
