Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide top-tier service to its commercial and small business clients. You will be the first point of contact, delivering responsive banking solutions and exceptional support through the Customer Resource Center.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Sales, and Operations to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years banking experience with client service emphasis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with banking software and CRM systems; familiar with treasury management products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience for Commercial and Small Business clients.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications; tailor solutions.
• Support treasury management services including online banking, ACH, wire transfers, and other related products.
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales, Operations, and Relationship Management.
• Use CRM to track interactions from start to finish.
• Maintain up-to-date service documentation and organized storage.
• Build relationships across departments to improve service delivery.
• Cultivate and deepen existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
