Responsibilities

• Manage low to moderate complexity commercial claims per policy and guidance.
• Investigate, evaluate and resolve claims while meeting quality and timeliness standards.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants and partners; provide regular updates.
• Verify coverage, reserve estimates, and determine liability and settlements.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify subrogation, salvage, or fraud opportunities for referral.
