Job summary

Tevis Family of Companies is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with assigned Commercial customers, maximizing retention and profitability. The role requires strong sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position. The role offers a base salary of 55k–80k+ annually with earned commissions and opportunities for growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in energy, business, marketing, accounting/economics, or related field.
• 2 years of sales and/or industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with Commercial accounts to maximize retention and profitability.
• Act as primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and ensure seamless experience.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand account value.
• Conduct regular reviews to assess satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service, billing, and delivery issues.
