Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lines P&C insurance experience
• Active Ohio P&C license
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

• Commitment to continuing education

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and producers
• Provide technical expertise to assist Producers with new business opportunities
• Manage renewal processes and service inquiries
• Review policies to identify upgrades or rounding opportunities
• Maintain accurate client files to prevent E&O exposure
• Coordinate communications among clients and carriers
• Escalate risks to leadership to protect service timelines
