Qualifications

• Five years in life insurance customer service or sales support.
• Strong underwriting and case management terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable on camera.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with Financial Professionals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate on behalf of Financial Professionals and Nationwide and serve as a liaison between the two.
• Build internal relationships to proactively move cases to completion; coordinate with field and internal teams to obtain updates.
• Build external relationships with Financial Professionals and work on pending life insurance cases.
• Understand division goals and how sales support helps achieve them; use reports to move cases forward and partner with Underwriting.
• Discuss underwriting offers with the field and with Underwriting.
• Provide other support while ensuring regulatory compliance with Nationwide policies.
