Responsibilities

• Handle development submissions and batch reviews from start to post-production
• Coordinate product testing plans and update test plans
• Oversee on-site approvals, line trials, and production reviews
• Maintain standards, retains, and batch archives
• Manage fragrance and color adjustments within approved specs
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, operations, and manufacturing teams
• Coordinate multiple projects and launches across brands
