Responsibilities

• Lead product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Drive formula, shade, texture and packaging development with internal teams and TPMs.
• Serve as primary Product Development liaison across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Establish shade strategies and assortments for new launches and extensions.
• Manage timelines, documentation, approvals, benchmarks, and launch records.
