Revlon is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead color cosmetics product development from concept to market. You will translate consumer insights and brand strategy into compelling product concepts, collaborating with Marketing, Formulation, Packaging, Regulatory, Operations, Sourcing, and external manufacturers to deliver trend-forward products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in beauty/product development with concept-to-commercialization experience.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical and business objectives.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Translate insights, brand strategy, and trends into development briefs and targets.
• Drive formula, shade, texture, and packaging development with internal and external teams.
• Serve as liaison across cross-functional teams and external partners; drive alignment.
• Establish shade strategies and assortments for launches and extensions.
• Manage timelines, documentation, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Build supplier/manufacturing relationships; travel for evaluations and scale-ups.
• Monitor launches, trends, technologies; share opportunities with partners.
