Job summary

Salt River Project in Tempe, AZ seeks a College Intern for the Device & Asset Management (DAM) team. You will gain hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune to manage corporate devices, while supporting end users and documenting processes.

The internship offers flexible hours (15–40 per week), a hybrid work arrangement, and exposure to asset lifecycle management, reporting, and collaboration with SRP departments. Successful candidates will be motivated learners with strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with mobile devices.
• Strong client support skills and ability to work with users of varying technical levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication; good documentation practices.
• Well organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support and maintain corporate computing devices using SCCM and Intune.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ensure quality assurance and reliability measures are followed.
• Assist in defining and documenting processes for Asset and Lifecycle management.
• Provide detailed reporting on computer assets and lifecycle replacement forecasts.
• Create knowledge articles for Support and Business stakeholders.
