Job summary

Salt River Project (SRP) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a motivated College Intern to support the End User Support (EUS) team. The role focuses on on-site customer service for IT issues, with learning opportunities across devices, OS, and applications in a hybrid Work Environment.

Responsibilities include walk-up support, incident handling, and knowledge-sharing to help SRP employees be productive. Enrollment in at least six college credits is required; 15–40 hours weekly are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows or Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
• Customer-facing support experience is a plus.
• Ability to document issues and solutions clearly.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT help desk support to SRP employees.
• Troubleshoot IT issues with devices and software.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to fulfill requests.
• Follow incident and ticket handling processes.
• Create knowledge articles for internal use.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
