Job summary

OCA is hiring a Client Experience Representative I to balance professional communication with data management in a hybrid schedule. The role supports COBRA, HRA, FSA, and HSA inquiries, while maintaining records and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service and work-from-home experience is a plus. The position reports to the VP, Client Experience and offers strong benefits, a hybrid setup with office one day per month, and opportunities in a growing NJ-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; business degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service experience.
• WFH experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Zoho experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and resourcefulness.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone and email regarding COBRA, HRA, FSA, Commuter and HSA inquiries.
• Retain records of client interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and action taken.
• Manage FSA dependents and order debit cards within the Alegeus system.
• Provide training to clients on the use of our secure web portal.
• Ensure all interactions remain compliant with State and Federal regulations including HIPAA.
