Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a motivated Coatings Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of industrial and mining construction projects. You will assist in creating schedules, budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams under the direction of a Project Manager.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of industrial construction processes, and the ability to support multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating or supporting industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Forklift Certification or material handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project estimates, budgets, and schedules using P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Attend job walks and coordinate with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams.
• Support project viability assessments and estimate development while helping maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
• Support safety culture, safety reporting, and QA/QC with quality plan implementation.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore, Teams, and SharePoint; manage RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Assist with Subcontract and Professional Service Agreements; support Schedule of Values and billing.
