Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Coatings Project Manager to lead industrial coating projects from scope through completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, milestones, and coordinate with pre-construction, site teams, procurement, QA/QC, and safety to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of industrial coatings, reading blueprints, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial coating knowledge and application guidelines.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with the Pre-Construction Department.
• Define the project objective and perform due diligence on what is needed to clearly define the project goal.
• Communicate project goals and provide oversight to the Project superintendent and site management team.
• Identify and gain support of all Stakeholders (GC, Owner, Engineer, Special Inspections).
• Develop a Project Schedule documenting objectives, resources, and timeline.
• Develop milestones and manage the project to them.
• Present cost and schedule updates to executive management monthly.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
• Oversee submittal process and permit approvals.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety to ensure compliance and inspections.
