Job summary

Boston Beer Co. is seeking a motivated Co-op to join the Risk Management & Reporting team in Boston Seaport.

The 6-month program runs January 4, 2027–June 25, 2027, with a hybrid work model: three days per week in the Boston office and the remaining days remote. You will contribute to internal controls, audit support, and process improvement projects while gaining hands-on exposure to SOX, risk management, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must remain enrolled after the co-op.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOX/internal control testing and documentation.
• Support audit and risk management projects with walkthroughs and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain audit workpapers, risk assessments, and process narratives.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and Operations to improve processes.
• Contribute to technology, automation, and AI-driven initiatives for audits.
