Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional content entry experience; CMS authoring experience preferred.
• Editorial background is an asset; coding experience is not required.
• Strong command of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Content Publishing: Manage end-to-end publishing, asset gathering, formatting, and timely publication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to prepare assets for publication.
• Systems Management: Maintain accuracy across CMS platforms and internal systems; manage project setup.
• Quality Assurance & Process: Conduct QC, maintain version control, obtain approvals prior to publication.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues and escalate editorial concerns as needed.
