Job summary

Diversity Nexus is seeking a Web Developer (CMS) to support the Global Digital Operations team by executing high‑volume website content updates and page builds across multiple global sites using CMS platforms including Shopify, Sitecore and HubSpot. The role requires precise content creation, template-based publishing, QA, and adherence to standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital content management, website publishing, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Sitecore, Klaviyo and HubSpot) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to execute high-volume content updates accurately.
• Comfortable working within structured workflows, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute web content updates and page builds across Shopify, Sitecore, and HubSpot, including creating pages from templates, editing content, QA checks, and publishing content on time.
• Apply SEO (metadata, alt text, headers), UX (structure and formatting), and accessibility standards to updates.
• Identify and flag website issues or improvements and document them for review.
• Log, track, and update website issues in Azure DevOps, escalating blockers to stakeholders.
• Support implementation of technical updates by following defined requirements and performing QA checks.
