Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide cloud transformation in Chicago. This hybrid role requires guiding teams, aligning strategy with business objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of complex initiatives.

You will collaborate across units to drive profitability and performance while engaging with clients and vendors to implement future-state products using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in portfolio accounting or fund accounting.
• Leadership experience with large enterprise initiatives and cloud technology awareness (Azure).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; Agile product ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives and align to the holistic roadmap.
• Oversee, plan, and direct project activities to meet business objectives.
• Develop and communicate an overall strategy to fulfill the unit's and corporation's plan.
• Manage financial and staffing resources, budgets, and productivity improvements.
• Own timeline, delivery, and profitability of the implementation; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
