Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud services across public, private, and hybrid environments. This role partners with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure SLAs, compliance, and business expectations are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Operations, or Service Delivery.
3+ years leading cloud ops, service delivery, or infra teams.
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud in regulated environments.
ITIL service management principles.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance of cloud infrastructure and platform services.
Ensure services meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and availability targets.
Lead governance reviews and service performance reporting to senior leadership.
Monitor cloud health, capacity, utilization, and risks across environments.
Develop runbooks, service documentation, and support processes.
Champion SRE and DevOps practices to improve reliability.
