Job summary

The University of Alabama seeks a Systems Analyst III to plan and configure moderate- to high-complexity software systems supporting university administration. This senior role works with cloud apps, AI platforms, and enterprise licensing management, ensuring seamless integrations and security.

Under minimal supervision, you will manage Azure and Google GCP environments, handle IAM, SSO, provisioning, and audits, and mentor other analysts while coordinating with campus departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2+ years IT system analysis experience OR Bachelor's with 4+ years IT system analysis experience OR Associate's with 6+ years IT experience including 4+ years in IT analysis.
• Experience with cloud applications, IAM, SSO, and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure moderate- to high-complexity software systems.
• Assist in process development, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide guidance and training to other Systems Analysts.
