Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Tier 2/3 technical support roles.
- Experience with public cloud providers (GCP, Azure, OCI, AWS).
- Strong storage, networking, Windows/Linux file services knowledge.
- Experience with cloud-based or distributed storage systems.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness for after-hours/weekend on-call with compensation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex storage and network issues.
- Handle partner escalations via email, phone, and chat.
- Deliver high-quality solutions meeting priority-based SLAs.
- Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to NetApp engineering.
- Train Tier1 Cloud partners and improve team processes using data analysis.
