Job summary

NetApp in Morrisville seeks a Technical Support Engineer with Cloud Hyperscaler experience to join our fast-paced Cloud team. You will diagnose and resolve complex storage and networking issues across a cloud-native environment, handling escalations via email, phone, and chat while meeting priority SLAs.

You will collaborate with global engineering, train Tier1 partners, and contribute to improvements in our processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Tier 2/3 support handling technical customer cases.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS/AZURE/GCP/OCI).
• Solid understanding of storage, networking, Windows/Linux file services, and debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and debug complex storage or network issues in a cloud-native environment.
• Handle partner escalations via email, phone and chat and meet SLAs.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems to engineering teams and drive issue mitigation.
