Qualifications

• Experience with containers, APIs, databases, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI patterns including Agentic AI and LLMs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with infrastructure teams.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies for enterprise data centers.
• Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, NIS, DNS, NTP, SMTP).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for a global storage infrastructure as part of NetApp IT Storage Engineering.
• Review environment and inform management of new technologies to improve SLAs and availability.
• Design, deploy, operate, and evolve NetApp platforms across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage NAS, SAN, and object storage including SVMs, LIFs, LUNs, and Snap tools.
• Automate storage operations using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and IaC tools.
• Embed security, compliance, and reliability into all storage platforms and integrations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and after-hours support for incidents.
